bigcol Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 have a look on the link with address. I got this on e-mail earlier today. Seems to be legit. Some nice looking houses around that area too.
Biddy Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Ah I see (I am no Gay but that bloke needs to clean his finger nails) That's what you get when you've been rummaging round in bins
Cocker Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 That's what you get when you've been rummaging round in bins Or Jodie Marsh
Fife Rover Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 That's what you get when you've been rummaging round in bins Another thing you get when you throw away important docs without shredding them is identity fraud; and please don't scoff! Believe me; it happens!!!
modes98 Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I was just wandering about identity theft myself, especially with having basically all of his details now banded across the internet.
Biddy Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I was just wandering about identity theft myself, especially with having basically all of his details now banded across the internet. How many John Arne Riises can there be before people will get suspicious?
daren Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Also noticed that he paid 365,000 in tax. 55,000 on that slip!
kopite Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I wouldnt pay 140 a month before tax let alone 140,000.
thenodrog Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 IF it's legit...... Points bonus £250 per month! No wonder they are doing sh1t! Also it appears that they dont really benefit financially from appearences.... that must be down to the Spanish Tinkerman wanting to avoid trouble..... Sign for Liverpool and it's 35 grand a week and who cares whether we win or you actually play. Nice work if you can get it eh?
Derby Blue Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I presume the points bonus was for each point earned whilst playing. The pay slip is for last September and the only game he played in during August was a 1-1 draw with Sheff Utd on the opening day. £250 per point isn't that bad if its consistant accross the whole team. 4 games a month would give a £3000 bonus for 12 points. Just baffles me how an average player who can't get in the team all the time can be paid so much. bit dubious about it but it does look legit.
OJRovers Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 It will be real, I'm also sure that the players get remuneration in a few other ways eg Private pension contributions, tax bills paid, housing, transport, one-off 'season bonuses', royalties being passed on, joint sponsorships etc so he probably earns more than just this basic. My brother still has David James payslip from when Rovers were playing Liverpool in 93-94 season, he left it in the bar at the Foxfields Hotel in langho. I might try to find it.
robborover Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 i'm just happy that he pays nearly 60 grand in tax. makes me feel a little better!
modes98 Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 BBC report the picture and seem to confirm it's validity.
kopite Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 those scousers will rob anybody Bloody hell lad your a right card you. Just where do you think there cracking one liners up from?
LWX Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Bloody hell lad your a right card you. Just where do you think there cracking one liners up from? Are you a bit bored, sifting through a Rovers message board?
thenodrog Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Wasn't Riise declared bankrupt over some debt he owed last season? How did that end?
krislu Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Wasn't Riise declared bankrupt over some debt he owed last season? How did that end? I think they came to some sort of agreement outside of court, if not then the case is still going. With the cash flow that man generates I'm sure he won't have any troubles paying back all his debt..
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 The modern day footballer: laughing at the poor supporters, laughing at the clubs who agree to these wages................... LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE F'KIN BANK!
