Maldondo has signed for Fenerbache.

I see. What's happening with us at the moment? Are these guys not measuring up or are we being turned down. That's him and the Macedonian both signed to other clubs, with Bradley staying in Holland and Faye back at Rangers what the hell are we doing with this midfield role?????

I can see us ending up with Koumas at 11:59pm on Thursday at this rate

I've heard it will be an orange away shirt and it will complement the sponsors logo. May get some cheap flights out of it as well.

PLEASE say it's similar to the orange and silver beaut we had back in...96? I remember I went with my parents away for a few days holiday here and there across the country... living in East Yorkshire and not being old enough to hop on a train to Blackburn on my own (Or have any money to do so, at that age) I'd never been to a Rovers game before... we were going to Knowsley safari park and it was getting dark, so we decided to stop off somewhere for the night (it was a Monday) and I was looking at the map and shouted to my dad "We're near Blackburn!!!"

He drove to Blackburn and drove by Ewood Park without telling me until we got up to it... I was well suprised... then he said, we'll stop the night here and we'll go for a look at Ewood Park if you want? ...Just so happens A GAME ON A MONDAY NIGHT!

So got to see my first ever Rovers game Vs Sheffield Wednesday... we won 7-2 :D

Then the next day we went into the Rovers shop and I was allowed to get a shirt... REALLY wanted to get the orange shirt... but we wasn't using it for the next season and at the game I was impressed with John Filan and felt sorry for him when he got injured but was glad 'cause I saw the return of Tim Flowers! :)

So I chose to get the awful yellow keeper kit of the time.... WHY didn't I pick that great orange number!?? :(

what pulling power do leeds have at this time over swansea?

Are you being serious? Swansea had 11k at their last home game - compared to Leeds 31k. Leeds are a much bigger club, with much bigger support - and a team that has picked up more points than Swansea this year.

Bear in mind the Chilean story came from nowhere this morning, I don't think you can point fingers at the club - just someone got the story wrong.

If they don't make the step up to the Championship at the end of the year I doubt the mass of fans next year.

Plus, I reckon once the Rugby League starts in Feb it'll soon drop with all the Rhino's fans not going to games.

How many did Cole score while on loan at Birmingham? Genuine question - I didn't think he made much of a mark there, but I'm willing to be told otherwise....

No idea, but I would still back him to score in a team that makes chances...and is hopefully about to find a left winger of the calibre of Scott Sellars when it comes to supplying good service down the left.

The issue with Andy Cole is how good will the midfield be at getting balls through to him. Set him up with nine chances every game, he'll score one. That 9 to 1 ratio held "good" throughout his time with us. Mind you it would take us three or four games to get round to the 9th chance whilst he blazed the other eight high wide and not so handsome!

Well from a logic perspective, surely Birmingham were making chances given that it was a promotion season?

I've just looked it up, he actually only had 5 appearances for Brum, scoring 1, so he wasn't really given much of a chance.

Are they still after Riordan?

I saw the Birmingham team last season, they didn't make chances, they were pretty grim.

If Burnley get the Argie they will have as much good ball down the left as they have from Elliott down the right.

Riordan probably won't happen...unless the Great Man decides different at the death.

Did one of those nine not win a trophy?

yeah leeds do have a bigger fan base but where are they in the league? they are there because they are a cheating club and will do anything to stay afloat.

they are run by ken bates, still have serious financial issues and the squad has been destabilised. Not a role I feel Martinez would want to go into and the man genuinely has a love for swansea and the fans.

he wasn't interested in the Wigan or R.Sociadad jobs, so why leeds?

Certainly did and not complaining.

Fortunately with Duff in his prime, Rovers were making chance after chance which Andy missed, missed, missed, missed, missed, missed, missed, missed, scored from. Andy Cole had a goal every 3 games record when he was with us which was pretty close to his career average.

Joking aside, I started counting and it really was 1 in 9 going in. The rest was plucked instruments and bovine behinds.
