I was told yesterday that on Wednesday there is a possibility that Marcus Bent could get the go ahead to play for a 3rd club, which means he'll sign for Rangers meaning Roberts to replace him at Wigan and Koumas to Blackburn in a swap deal.

In your opinion, do you think this is likely to happen?

Was not Ken Bates interested in buying Rovers at one time? Hopefully he has changed his desires if he was interested. Sometime, late 2007 it was reported in the media that Freddy Shepherd was wanting to buy a club in the North of England.

How sure are you that the recent article in the sun about Rovers being bought by an Asian group from Yorkshire was correct. How sure are you that they were Asian?

A lot of people mock Koumas, yet Hughes has in the past got the best from him, for the simple reason that Hughes allows his players to express themselves - look at Bentley's progress since being at Rovers. How many said when Bentley first came to Rovers 'oh no' etc?

Dunno... I put those links to the templates I'd seen... Then afterwards googled "Blackburn Rovers umbro kit 2008/09" and it came up with that.

Also seems all Umbro kits will be announced in the coming weeks altogether.

Well I hope Hughes is getting prepared for a frantic 54 hours or we don't stand much chance of a top 6 finish. One striker looks like he's going to have to do it all himself scoring wise and then there's our central midfield that if one injury were to strike on two injury prone players (Reid/Dunn) then we're relying on an unfit and ancient Tugay and Mokoena (when he returns from the ACN).

The fact that everyone's talking about kits, Leeds and the scummers says everything there is to know about what's going on transfer wise at Rovers right now.

Well all I can say is thanks for small mercies. I was beginning to doubt my powers of perception, or else wondering if I had watched the same U-Tube video as most on here. All I saw in him was a fairly pacy player that put himself about a lot and gave lots of very dodgy tackles, and liked to play long over the top passes that would give any half-decent defender all the time he needs to judge the flight and mark-up on the intended target. Not very suitable for us at all.

Relax - nobody wants Bates at Rovers, I most certainly do not - infact nobody wants him anywhere.

With regards to Rovers and the transfer market, maybe we are in the 'quiet before the storm' period. On Friday morning we will all be doing somersaults, when the market is closed, delighted at the business Hughes has done.

we despertly need a midfielder who can get goals from midfield beacuse at the moment you cant see the likes of reidy,dunn,tugay,mokena getting 5 between in the season with pedersen who seems to have lost the plot thinking hes become more of a left back. bently we know can get us upto 10 golas a season and santa on fire at the moment. but where else are the goals going to come from apart from bently and santa. samab is the only defender who looks capable of scorign maybe warnock too. mccarthy cant get hilf of from the bench though not surprised though, though i believe pedersen should belong there too. i appreciate the work that pedersen does covering for warnock he does do a lot of running but thats not the reason why we bought him and why he established his name in the premiership, not goingbacks but going forward. dunny needs to play in a more attacking role thats the reason sparky bought him back in the first place so him can bring a bit of creativity and attacking threat from midfield which we saw when he made his 2nd debut aganst shff utd, i was saturdays game against vialla where he ran at the midfield, drove into the box and was unlucky not to score, that what we want to see more from dunny. thats what hes good at running at opposition not hovering with the ball around the centre circle
