I think he would have been terrific.

Value for a good, solid right-back. That would free Emerton up to put in midfield and we wouldn't need to sign anyone else.

If Sparky's not furiously facsimileing Spurs right now to get this sorted, I'm going to cry.

No I can't, please clarify for me. I wouldn't think for a minute nicko is trying to wind me up. Since this is my first visit of the day, and there are plenty of clarrotesque comments by nicko today. Can't be me surely can you get that?

i'm quite enjoying nicko's constant burnley posts if only for the reaction generated by them. there's far too big a burnley obsession about rovers, sure theyre our rivals but do most of our songs really have to about them?

and anyway, if theres nothing happening on our front might aswell hear what our rivals are up to. bet half of you would be different if he kept posting about how all their best...i mean least worst players were having to be sold?

Who gives a sh1t mate. This is thread dedicated to football transfers and the most interesting thing on any message board for as long as i can remember. Nicko is a mate of Coyle and also seems to be pretty witty and enjoys winding people up with it.

It has been brilliant finding out about ANY CLUBS transfers before they go in the paper and on websites.

You must seriously, in the last couple of weeks, have followed up a Nicko post with a Burnley reference at least 30 or 40 times. Surely it would be easier if you just chilled out? As plenty of people have mentioned, it's only really a joke anyway and it is actually succeeding in actually winding a few people up (which is really pathetic of them).

Randall is an Arsenal youngster. Very highly rated. Did fairly well against us.

I actually agree. Might rekindle some old rivalry and they have to beat us sometime. I don't mind Coyle, he actually seems annoyingly likeable, but I was just expressing my views of ClampitsMad and its inhabitants. :huh:

Because Defoe will only move if Benjani does, just like Lucas Neill moving allowed us to get Warnock.

Sky are over-hyping it though, "the medical takes an hour, but there's less than an hour to go!!!"
