I'm still baffled that copying and pasting photos from trip advisor counts as journalism!

I am baffled as to why Trip Advisor is still viewed as a valid review site, not sure how the two places with wood and slate serving plates get passed of by the FSA either.

Nelly's used to be the good but that shut down about 20 years ago ! Get a fast car and go to Holly Tree Chippy, the best fish and chips around !

If you mean the "claccy diner", its been taken over. It's expensive and nowhere near as good. The best chippy in Hyndburn is the Perfect Plaice on Union Road at Ossy, next to the posh furniture shop.

I can confirm that this is a very good chippy! It's always very busy as well, which is a good sign for any food establishment! It went a bit bad for a bit, but now it's back to its best!

Plus, I can walk there!
