Darth Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Hi all, looking to get my car serviced at a local garage in Blackburn, would gratefully receive recommendations and prices of where to go as I've not got a clue. Looking for the 12 month service. Many thanks,

bob fleming Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 My Escort has just been booked in for it's MOT on the back of these recommendations. It's done 104,000 but if it costs any more than £35 I'll be bloody livid with the lot of you.

An MOT, is that to do with health and safety. I suppose these agencies have to cover themselves.
Cheshireblue Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 An MOT, is that to do with health and safety. I suppose these agencies have to cover themselves. Don't worry about it Alan. I've done some digging and it appears you only need one if your car is over 3 years old.

Nowt wrong with that or my car.
