Saw a show tonight here in the States on BBC America where he did a makover on The Fenwick Arms in Claughton with a real gravy campaign then he did a revisit a year later(June 2007).Boy,he can cuss like a sailor.Have any of you lot eaten at this place?

This week's Hell's Kitchen: They did a challenge to cook 4 dishes with 20 ingredients, had to use the 20 given, no more, no less. One of the guys cut the tip of his finger off. When they couldn't find it, Ramsay said that the team was now using 21 ingredients!

He's still going to win. The whole group is pretty incompetent, and he's the only one with really good experience.

Watched Top Chef last night for the first time in a while (don't have the cable channel, but found it online). Much better quality of chefs than Hell's Kitchen. From a food perspective, much better, from an entertainment perspective, not quite as good.
