Vogal happy to Stay!!......Give the guy a go Ince.............

"Blackburn also flies Johann Vogel from the nest

Andy Huber

The Premier League club Blackburn Rovers will no longer at the Geneva Johann Vogel.

Johann Vogel (left) this season was not yet a championship game for Blackburn deny. (Keystone)

In March this year was the World of Birds in order. The 31-year-old midfield player signed a contract in Blackburn. Thus began a long time suffering to an end. Reminder: In July 2007, he was at Betis Sevilla flown from the squad.! - His comeback on the field when the Rovers 1:1 against Tottenham was allowed to enter. Vogal seemed to Ewood Park in its nest to have found.

But with the change of coach Mark Hughes to Manchester City sackten the shares into the low bird. Successor, Paul Ince was an early bird to understand what he keeps from him: The Geneva had all 12 previous championship games from the grandstand from view.

Why is that the strong character to Spain now also in England has fallen from grace? Vogel said the "Tribune de Genève": "I do not know - the coach gives me no confidence."

An end to his slump is analogous to the current world economic situation does not. On the contrary: Blackburn boss John Williams was last unequivocally to understand how he is the future of the Swiss imagine: "If Vogal in the winter break a new club, we put him safely no obstacles in the way."

But the Vogal, located in Manchester has bought a house, wants the presidential request does not meet "I continue to fight for a place. Especially since my family has settled well here. "The lawyers are likely to rub their hands again - bird's contract runs until 2011!!!!..............

In other news Tresor Mputu has decided to join Qatar champions Al Gaffar instead of joing Rovers on trial.......he has signed a 6 month deal.Official!.......

NO TO SELLING CRUZ!

Do you seriously think Roque would want to stay with that dross from yesterday? Regardless of whether City come in for him or not, he's a far better player & deserves more than we're likely to offer him on any level; if I was him I couldn't be away quick enough.

Is there any realistic reason why he would want to stay?

We're in a Catch 22 situation on the transfer front; we need some more players but I'd have serious reservations whether Ince would play them in the correct positions, or get them performing. I doubt we'll be signing Villanueva, as Ince can't play the team to utilise his strengths & looks lost whenever he plays.

Managers SHOULD be able to get the best of their players 'as is' without spending money, rather than have the luxury of spending to bring players in. Otherwise, they're going to add to the problem, on the pitch and commercially.

The board need a reason to get their hands in pockets, all Ince seems to have done at present is give them every reason not to.

He's done well in some cases to address some things Hughes wouldn't do, in order to try and raise player's performance levels, and it's worked on the whole - Nelsen, Samba, Warnock, Pedersen. However, Roque is vital to our hopes and we're almost at a tipping point with him; though he's our talisman he has been unfit & off-form, devoid of service apart from long balls, and playing alongside a bumping weight. If this continues we cannot realistically expect him to want to be here much longer.

I'm sorry, but why sign Willy Gueret when Robinson has been good, we have Jason Brown who was excellent against United, and we have Mark Bunn who was signed for whatever reason...

If Ince shows any intention of signing Gueret, then that's it. I loose interest until Williams does the right thing and sacks him...

And there in lies the problem with replacing Ince with someone (if it happens) who is a battler or relegation scrapper, he will leave. I have no doubt that if we do replace Ince with a BFS or similar, some players will want out. I have a strong feeling Inces vision of slick passing football was a factor in RSC staying and signing his new deal.

We have some good players, we all know this. But I'm beginning to wonder if the old adage "form is temporary, class is permanent" does not apply to some players. I've been pondering that saying since last season.

Whatever happens, if a new man comes in, then for us to survive he must be instantly respected by all the players, as well as within the footballing world. I say that because we need some players and the more respected the manager the better the quality of player he will attract.

Let's not forget we have the Macclesfield centre forward to look forwards to as well.

When we sign these players I will then be worried.

Fowler will be gone in January and Andrews has looked a competent PL player thus far.

I have faith that PI will purchase some top class players to woe the fans, he certainly will have the money

are you serious ? He has looked average at best. Competent includes players such as Gerrard, fabregas and the like.

Eh?

So there are about 10 competent players in the entire Premier League?

What are you defining competent as? World class?

Andrews has looked every part a Premier League player. Just because he doesn't have a foreign name and has lower league stigma, people are biased against him. He has been one of our better performers.

Competent:

"suitable or sufficient for the purpose"

For Arsenal and Liverpool he is not suitable, for us he will do a decent job and has done so far.

"woe" Freudian slip :D

Lets get real on ANdrews

If and when all of our midfielders are fit he will NOT feature in many games.

as for him being "fit and able" for the Premier League and US inparticular then WHY has he not made it already ?

Why did he fail at lower league levels with Wolves and Hull ?

I am sorry but in 38 seasons at Ewood he ranks amongst one of the poorest midfielders I have seen. He maybe able to run box to box but that doesnt qualify him as a fit and able midfielder. He is more akin to a Tony Finnegan type midfielder at best, and he flattered to deceive quite often

Andrews is shyte 1864, the talk of him being OK from fans is the fact they blindly want to believe he is genuinely OK for the prem which I can understand what he actually brings to the team is nothing extra than just making up the numbers.

This is another poor poor example of Paul Inces ineffective recruitment policy that seriously comprimises Rovers premiership future.

If Ince thinks Andrews is OK then Ince is a pillock of the highest order and if this is his level of recriutment INCE becomes a serious risk to Blackburn Rovers football club.

Some people are biased against Andrews. It's that simple.

I laughed my arse off when he scored against West Brom because I could imagine their faces falling.

We lost drive when he went off against Sunderland yesterday. He is a good pass and move player. You obviously didn't see him nearly set up a great team goal for Warnock earlier on, did you? Can't imagine The Axe doing that. ;)

I do think he offers us something different, we really lack in attacking midfielders and he seems to have a good balance of attack and defence, which we can use.

He has been useful, and certainly worth the money.

I'm not saying he is a starter, I'm saying he is a useful player to have around when injuries come in. He can more than hold his own.

Dont know wether your having a laugh or a wind up merchant but people who went to the West Brom game stated how poor he was along with Grella yet because hes scores a solitary goal thats it hes done enough well sorry he isnt good enough after watching him four times now hes a championship player at best.

Andrews can clear off to were ever the pudding who brought him here in the first place goes.

I've seen him more times than you then, eh, Jal?

He has shown enough, in my opinion, to justify a SQUAD place, in case of emergencies. We have injury prone Reid constantly out and Andrews is good cover.

Someone I know well hated Andrews and joined in booing him when he came on and other stupid things, but he said he was actually surprised at how well he handled himself and especially his control and passing.

I think he's good enough for a squad place, as cover.
