I feel bad for this but I like that, where has this idea of green come from?

Council badge (used as the club logo many years ago) has some green on it. Maybe from that.

Is this just a suggestion on here or a club rumour?

Anyone on the fans forum seen the next season shirts then?

Any ideas on colours for the away?

I understand both will be halved :D

The Fans Forum have not seen the new shirts. As Ste B says they away shirts will be on sale in May, before the end of the season. The club would have liked to have worn the new away shirt at Chelsea but Premier League rules don't allow that. We could do it on the last game at home to West Brom but the club does not want to wear away shirts at home. The new home shirts will be out in July.

No no no no no and no!!

The only thing that green on a football shirt is good for and thats the goalie's shirt!

As there always seems to be a divide about whether red or yellow is the best away shirt colour, why don't we have a yellow/red halved shirt?

Don't suppose there is much point in putting forward suggestions because if the away shirts are coming out in may then the designs will already be finalised already.

Can't see Hughesy's pic due to network but yellow/red halved shirts sound like they'd be missing a hat with bells on! (Maybe something for the club shop though...)

The club should have swapped over the away and third kit this year. The red/black halved version was the best out of all 3!

I liked the red/black striped version we had in about 1994. Maybe we could vary the theme and go for Dennis the Menace black and red hoops!

Anyone seen Everton's away shirt for next season? Its only a leak so not confirmed but its all Black with horizontal pink pin-stripes

Sounds similar to one of the Chelsea designs that has been floating around, the cockney's are going for a white shirt with black horizontal pin stripes by the looks of things.

Yeah that would be good but with plain halves or even yellow/red stripes.

It would be funny if we got a red/yellow like that, all the people who prefer red away shirts would be shouting "come on you reds" and the people who prefer yellow would be shouting "yelllooows".

Arsenals away kits also has horizontal pin stripes in it too next season - minging!!

When have we ever shouted 'Come on you (insert away strip colour here)!!' lol

I remember my first away game at Tranmere nearly 20 years ago stood behind the goals singing 'Yelllllooooowwwws' seemed to be an ongoing thing back then.
