I still can't get my head round all this. If Nicko says he is so bad then why on earth would we even look at his CV let alone go to Europe and interview him. Let the lazy fu**er come to us if he wants the job!

Why dont some of you wait until the club makes an announcement ?

It sounds like some of you should move to Bridgend.

Some of you need to attend the next Gamblers addiction club.

Some of the guess work is truly awful.

Some of the speculation is taking years off members lives.

Poor Nicko is dodging more questions than Ronaldo is fielding about his impending move to Spain.

We all have Rovers at heart and I am sure we all think that JW will appoint the right man for the job.

Its a top job that is available, there are good players, great facilities and the earths your oyster.

Sleep well tonight Roverites, I do believe that come Friday afternoon we will all be speculating on how the opening games are going to pan out and to whom we are going to sign as additions to our team.

Interesting question, now that we know Shearer was first choice, do you think he would have been better than the assumed current shortlist? bearing in mind his lack of experience, potential departure to Newcastle etc.

I used to love the league ladders and did them religiously every week.

Somehow Rovers always ended up at the top of the league though!!

As far as im concerned,get whoever in.get the season started,survive the season and then start a new mangers thread again.maybe ask nicko to fly to barbados and ask if brian lara is available.
