Croatia - Moldova

Switzerland - Slovakia

Hungary - Greece

Holland - Ukraine

Ireland - Serbia

Too bad the right back position isn't a priority, or else I would be suggesting Seitaridis.

Espanyol's Serbian midfielder Milan Smiljanic? 21 years old

Nicko, any chance you could look into this Annan thing a bit more, if you're not already? It sounds very interesting..

It's not a priority at the moment from what I hear. I understand that Bolton are quite far down the line with it, Chelsea have dropped out and Rovers are just watching the situation.

Once a price is established - possibly by Bolton - then it might kick off. That seems to be the way with many transfer chases just now.

I am taking a big risk here and guessing Milan Smiljanic.

He is a midfielder for Espanyol, propably going to play for Serbia tonight against Ireland.

Serbia didn't qualify for EC, so he won't be playing there.

He is reckoned as a big prospect.

Check a couple of posts above, I've suggested the same ;)

Hleb is angling to go.

Absolute transfer mayhem in the People tomorrow.

Aston Villa watching a top centre half, Bolton's next striker signing target, decent Everton and Wigan stories.

And the Rovers mystery target in the Espanyol v Atletico Madrid game revealed...they are watching him again today - and that's as big a clue as you are going to get.

Well thank (Please don't use that word again) for that!

The Chelsea thing is going to kick off this week...

Abramovich will decide on Grant's fate in the next couple of days. He's being pushed by a lot of people at Chelsea to dump him and seems to be weakening for the first time.

Sven thinks he is in with a chance of getting it - and reckons Mancini is the main rival.

If Mancini gets it, Mourinho would be favourite for Inter Milan.

Crazy.

Not that I'm one to gossip, but...

Michael Owen looked very well at Haydock tonight for someone too sick to play for England in two end-of-season friendlies.

Admirable snooping nicko. Owen is out with a "communicable virus" apparently.

How are the symptoms coming along? Worked out what you've caught off him yet?

Well it's certainly not the ability to pick winning horses...

Sven would as near perfect as possible exemplify what they are about. I know a few Inter Milan fans who would love to see the back of Mancini, despite winning the Scudetto and possibly the Coppa Italia (KO in a few hours).

So over to more important issues, what's happened with Bentley's final contract offer??
