Can anyone recommend a company that can transfer my treasured Rovers 92 promotion video onto DVD?

One bloke has refused to do it because it's an infringement of copyright. Even though the video's producers have been liquidated and it's only for personal use only.

Surely someone would be willing to do a professional job?
