Whilst the summer will revolve around transfers, for the moment Rovers supporters will be more concerned regarding whether Mark Hughes will be the manager next season, than whether David Bentley signs a new contract.

Already being linked with the vacant Chelsea manager post, Sky Sport are reporteing that accordiung to the Mail on Sunday Manchester City have approached Rovers for permission to speak to Hughes, in respect of replacing Eriksson as manager.
