Comments from Larsson's agent about the link with Blackburn.

“I have seen [the Blackburn link] in the English newspapers but I know nothing about that,” Jonsson told setantasports.com.

“There are a lot of rumours at this time of year – the Wigan story is the same.

“The only offer I know of is from Newcastle but I haven’t heard from them in the last week.

“There is interest from abroad as well but Sebastian wants to stay in England.

“It is still early in the window - we could know more at the end of July.”

I'm not sure if Newcastle will be interested anymore after signing Jonas Gutierrez.

hmm. looks like spurs' ambition level is big enough to attract bentley at least. just read that they are planning to increase the stadium, or build a new one with about 50.000 seats. in the meantime they may use MK Dons' stadium. haha. :)

Iceman, you wouldn't happen to be smoking something that involves your name????

Couldn't think of a worse signing

or did Ince, even in a lowly job, surround himslef with people who met his exacting Man U/Inter/Lpool standards? Personally, I would think the latter, but we'll see.

Eh EiT? Wouldn't they already be at Man U/Inter/Lpool or similar in that case? If not they'd be employed

a. lower in the Prem.

b. abroad.

c. in the Championship

d. in Div 1.

e. stacking shelves in a supermarket.

We are realistic Zulu - We are of a similar size to your club but Fact is our team is much better than urs and we do not fear relegation, your lot do! Shame!

Speak for yourself Hughesy. Those 40 points cannot come quickly enough this season if we lose the 3 players being targetted. Rem Bolton had qualified for Europe in 7th position when Big Sam left.

Won't be the one Nicko is talking about, but at least it's something to look at.

A quick google search on Michael Nonni:

- Released from FC Groningen U-19

- 19 or 20 years old I think

- Right winger or striker, depending on formation

- Strength: Speed, weakness: Heading

- Scum supporter

- Looks up to Totti

- Came to FC Groningen at the age of 16

- Canadian

- Twice national champion in Canada

Seriously with the likes of Hull, Stoke, Fulham, West Brom, Sunderland im not worried at all.

I think Bolton, Tottenham & Newcastle will all improve alot this year too.

Got told that john williams was in a cheshire hotel talkin to leon osman! Could this be the mistery guy nicko is on about?

Can't see how Osman will improve our 1st XI?

edit: didn't he play quite regularly for Everton last season, if so why would he move to Blackburn..
