Sadly of late they have taken to lifting things almost word for word from dodgy rumour websites like Tribal football and nationals - not just poor information but very lazy journalism...we can all cut and paste and stick our name on the top.

Not with regard to JW's quotes on Let today.

I don't think Pennant is right. They are looking at someone else for that position - if Bentley leaves and Emerton does not impress.

Castillo's English will be good enough to say 'give us a deal, fettler.'

The more reliable LET is a total waste of space. Always behind with the news and some aspects of the club - like reserve team reports are often totally ignored. As a source of Rovers news the LET is the last place to look!

C'mon parsonblue. In fairness a newspaper will never be able to get news out as fast as the internet. It's like the Pony Express v a fax machine. BUT a Sunday paper like the People and NotW can only ever be as up to speed as the LT for just one day in the week.

well I have asked mrs Roverite if I can have a £1.50 sub for tomorrow morning to lower myself to buying the mirror again (god how I hate looking like a labourite scumbag in the papershop), however on the upside, I have corked myself ready to curl a big one down the pan as I am gonna wipe my backside again on the tripe printed in the rag :rolleyes:

I don't know if this has been answered before but can anyone confirm that Ince will be getting the compensation money we got for Sparky to spend in the transfer market?

If he does then I would make that at least £17-18 million to spend this summer?

I know I might be a bit think, but brad as two years left on his deal at rovers, so if he goes it will only be if the club wants it.

Brad would never want to leave, even if there was a better deal on the table elsewhere.

It looks like we'll have to keep believing that John until Brad himself comes out and quashes this latest rumour once and for all.

Reading between the lines and also the LET article today, possibly I am underestimating the lure of Hughes/cash potentially for Brad.

Ah well, just have to wait and see I guess.......
