Rovers have been leaking that there is a second candidate. I am not sure, but something is a bit odd.

MK Dons can't figure why they got an approach to 'speak' rather than to 'take' which is puzzling everyone.

Winkelman's stance is quite right. Don't mess us about, but you can have him if you REALLY want him.

It is now clear that Ince is not the Rovers Board's first choice; if he was he would have been announced by now.

If Ince does eventually get the job offer then where will it leave him knowing that he is, as best, the 2nd choice?

Well then, as you say that's not making an effort and he doesn't deserve to be in charge of a Premier League club. Some may think of it as being harsh but he's had two years previously and he only had to go for a day to watch, and he couldn't even be bothered to do that!

id think that Rovers would have to be aware of it, but i doubt that they had been made aware before friday, or at least didnt take note of it before then. It may be the reason everything has suddenly stalled. Maybe their want to talk to him is oaddress the concerns over Ince's commitment.
