This might have been brought up before, but I keep hearing in the news that Ince could be the first black manager in the Premier League?? What about Jean Tigana and Ruud Guilett, they did manage in the Premier League didn't they??

First ENGLISH Black manager is what most people are saying.

Not if we have come back to him and agreed to his deal. I think this merchandise clause will still benefit Rovers. When Shearer was playing for us the amount of Rovers bit and pieces about was incredible. Surely the advisor's looking at the big picture will feel that the predicted amount of income made even with the clause will be more than the current profit. It will also enhance Blackburn again with media and advertising, players etc. Win Win Win!

Well I've just had 99p on him at 239-1 on betfair just in case. Didn't realise you could bet less than £2 but it just let me.

You can actually have 1p bets on Betfair if you know how to 'cheat the system'.

There are NO other reports flying about that Ince has quit his post at MK Dons.

I dont accept that radio Horizon have an exclusive with the story, how could they ? Has anyone ever heard of them beating the stalwart A Nixon to a story especially one that involves Rovers :unsure:

Winkelman has his tactics ready made for him.

Ince has delivered the goods for MKD and Winkelman successfully (with some help from Rovers' interest) resisted Leicester- he said no and Mandaric went away.

Rovers clearly need an explanation about the FAW no-show hence asking to talk and Winkelman has shut the door. If Rovers don't take Ince, you can be sure he isn't going to get another EPL dispensation as his promises in this regard are seen to be worthless. Winkelman has a more than decent chance of keeping Ince for one and perhaps two more seasons by which time they could be up another level.

What day did Rovers talk to Ince - if it was wednesday it would explain the no show in wales - which Rovers would know about. Maybe Ince said that until I get the go ahead from the prem (which only came in on friday) it is pointless going to wales, until at least next wednesday.

picked up a nice curry from a very small joint in Blackburn up on the top road that runs adjacent to Bank Top (cant think of the name). Very Very NICE and cheap. The Chicken was fantastic (if it was chicken !). Garlic naan is to die for and the cans of beer ??? Well all I will say on that is that it cost 99p and was simply awful :rolleyes: But whoc ares after an opening first half in Chorley with the second half in Blackburn :rolleyes:

Sounds like Shad to me, excellent place, always use them for takeaways.

It would be nice if the club posted some info on it's website on where they were up to, obviously they wouldn't give any specifics but at least it wouldn't leave us guessing so much.

Why would you say Shearer changed his mind?

I'm only guessing here but with all this fannying about with Ince, WWB, BFS, Laudrup etc it's a lot easier to come in now rather than immediately after MH left, he's going to look like a Saviour, messiah, legend etc. Also like i said that we have agreed to his terms of employment. Nicko said he wanted the job remember.
