He was correct and is still correct. So he signed for Liverpool who are a first rate team. Like it or not.

Good point but I think its more to do with the fact that he didn't have to say that.

The MK Dons chairman was very complimentary about us and I thought he came across in the interview very well indeed.

Well as a rather rare addition to the messsage board I would like to say that I for one will be 110% behind Ince as the club abd the team come before ancient idiotic comments made over a decade ago. I have to say that the 'first black British manager to manage in the premiership' tag does seem a bit pointless, especially in this day and age.

What next - first black manager to win a game at Old Trafford , first black british manager to be sent to the stands.

Does any of it really make a blind bit of difference ??

The real story should be that it's the first time a Premiership club has plucked a manager from the botom division and given him a chance.

The West Ham away game early in the season should be interesting. I bet that now become our first 'sky' game

The media seems to think Ince will have no money unless he sells Bents and Roque. If that is the case what has happened to the £10 million that Hughes was supposedly going to spend this summer?

Neil Warnock was hardly enthusiastic about the Ince's appointment just now on SSN. Said who knows if this has come too soon for him. Also said that he is not surprised that he has been appointed, considering the other candidates!
