In the Lancashire Telegraph Blackburn chairman John Williams has confirmed that the Jack Walker Trust has re-instated funding for the 2008-2009 season. This will mean that manager Paul Ince will have an increased transfer budget. With all the stories of an proposed takeover and player departures this is a timely boost for the club and fans.
