Followings last nights rumour of a Rovers legend possible exit, a story in today's press has suggested that Rovers are on the verge of signing Robbie Fowler from Cardiff City.

Further to last nights rumour regarding the exit of a Rovers legend, there is a story in the media this morning that Manchester City and Villa are preparing, if not allready done so, bids in the region of £2.5 million for Mr Rovers Brad Friedel.
