Have anyone here watched Andrews in action before?

What type of midfielder is he? Box to box like reid? Passing attacking mid like scholes? Passing defensive mid like tugay? Tackling DM like the axe? Shoot on side mid like lampard?

A Wolves season ticket holder I work with has said he's a passing midfielder. A crap one.

3.5m still seems reasonable if he showed it in training, but it's possible that Start tried to raise the price again if they're skint. That would make sense of some of the messing.

Once again nicko avoids the original point and comes back with his stock cherry picked stories that he got “right” to prove how great he is and how mortal us “civvies” are; and I’m surprised you’ve mentioned Bentley, the same Bentley that you were adamant on several occasions would sign his new contract.

Furthermore, I never accused you of lying over Friedel, I said either you OR Ince was lying but you are welcome to go back and have look if you want. I’m surprised comprehension would be a problem for a journalist.

Why do you have to be such an a*se sometimes? I’ve seen your picture and you seem a mature man but some of your replies sound like they’re from a teenager. If you’re so confident about your stories why not be content that you know the “truth” and we don’t, you’ll be proven right in the end after all. Providing selected stories that you have got right (and dismissing the ones you’ve got wrong) does not mean I should take everything you say as gospel.

A friend of mine has done work for and knows one of the players quite well.

According to said player, Annan really did look the business in training, and we agreed a fee eventually rising in total to 3.5m with add ons.

Then (again, according to said player) Ince decided he wanted to see him play in that match etc.

Sounds very tru and Start and Annan's agent are trying the best they can to start a bidding war.

The smartest thing to do is to wait Start out. Annan will return to Start 31st of August AND will have to be sold.

If we can wait start out. Then we can maybe get him cheaper.

I don’t know who your sources are but I’m guessing it’s not Ince, JW or any of the backroom staff or players. That’s fine but it also means that whatever you hear from these people has to be taken with a pinch of salt, what do they get out of telling you for example? It is in an agents interest to spin a yarn to a journalist if he thinks it will increase the value or interest in his players.

Furthermore, you have often slated other journalists and their stories, trying to have us believe that the status quo of journalists being unreliable applies to everyone else but you. If you were that good you’d be reporting on the top four as that what sells papers. When you win awards like Martin Samuel you might get my respect :)

nicko might not provide the information people want-but the information he does provide is very good and you dont like to read it, dont..

Seriously guys just grow up, nicko give us information, someone else gives us different information, they may be right they may be wrong. But there is no need to start mentioning humble pie and to start arguing. people are using different sources so will have different stories. it makes interesting reading and I realy enjoy it. but what spoils it for me is the stoooooopid B**ching going on.

just heard from my mate who is a chief scout that andrews is having a medical and blackburn are also trying to sign marcus tudgay as a replacement for tugay
