Morning nicko, anything transfer-wise likely to happen before the big kick off? ie Andrews moving or annan or even fowler? :D

Fowler should be decided tomorrow...signing I think.

Andrews won't happen until the price is right.

Annan could well be off before tomorrow night's game in Norway.

Nicko. Whom will Corluka be playing for on the opening day of the season if anyone?

Mark Hughes wants him to stay and has stamped his feet good and loud.

Tottenham think they have some sort of claim on him.

The player may/may not ask to move.

So I think I will keep my winnings in my pocket and not bet on that outcome.

Zigic - another loan? We already have a very good aerial threat with RSC. We need some pace up front but then again, this is not an area we need to strengthen at the moment.

We need a DM, RW and LB.

I believe Emerton can cover Bentley to an extent but DB supplied sooo much more, which is now missing. We have NO and i repeat NO creativity in the middle of the park.

One dimensional comes to mind. Pass left, right, back, qucikly back, back....big boot!

I believe Zigic was looked at around the time Sunderland were sniffing round Benni. Understandable thought.

However Sunderland are yet to bid for Benni because of the price tag.

Annan, Zigic, Pennant & Andrews - Id be happy with that! Give us plenty of options too!

I think Bentley's crossing can be taken over by Emerton & Simpson, both can cross a ball well.

Villanueva should create things for us, and also hopefully Gamst is back to his best and then also Dunn can create chances when on form.

All this depression is boring! Get over it lads, get behind the team that you apparently support and back the club until something actually goes wrong. If we get hammered on saturday then feel free, if we win then I cant wait to see all the comments like 'Oh maybe he will do a good job'. Im backing Paul Ince 100% - Paul Ince's Blue n White Army!!

have faith in Mr Ince i am sure things will turn out to be ok, lets wait and see, Fowler will also pass on very good experience to the younger forwards as well don't forget.

I am more worried about the board accepting more transfer bids for our star players, then Ince will have a problem.
