This Sable guy is a big dude. And Emerton if he moves into the centre is a machine - covers loads of ground and has a big engine. He is ver effective as a defensive force.

If Annan comes the writing has to be on the wall for Vogel. Can't see the capacity in the team for two small central players. Actually to be honest if I was any of the current midfielders I would be looking over my shoulder. Only one who seems safe is Dunn as he has just been given the vice captaincy.

Many smaller South American stadiums have four bus shelters. Ewood may have one, but also has three rather nice stands as well.

if we sign both sable and annan i think our squad would finally be taking shape..all we would need now is a right winger and i think we could be stronger then last season..

i cant see jermaine pennant being available for under 4million-i wouldnt think liverpool would want to lose such a big amount..i still think he is worth a gamble even at £5million...

regarding mcarthy-apparntly ince isnt happy with the shape he has come back in-maybe sell and get ciise in??

I think he is probably talking more about our facilities like brockhall - it is well known all over europe that it is a top set-up - we have clubs from all over visit to take away ideas - Juve, Barca, Ajax to name a few.

Are the players on trial at the moment from Ince's own list or are they from previous ones handed to JW by MH?

Annan has been on the radar for over a year.

Sable is new.

Bassye is new.

Roque Junior has been around for months...odd one that.

By the way, no-one questioned my claims that Man City are skint today? How peculiar. :lol:
