Does anyone know of any good sci-fi shops in Lancashire? Its a bit too far to go to London just to visit forbidden planet. I collect action figures.

There's a good one in Blackpool, and a few in Manchester.

I go for Graphic Novel's but often mooch around the figures n what not.

The doctor who exhibition in blackpool has a good souveneir shop that sells other things beside doctor who.

There is a decent one in Preston. Called "That comic shop." It is mostly comics...obviously but they do have some interesting figures also.

There's a Forbidden planet in manchester city centre.

I've seen that Forbidden Planet (the shop, not a strange UFO sighting ) in Manchester, I used to walk by it all the time when going to the DJ'ing shop down the road, it always looked busy even during the middle of the week which i thought for a shop like that would be its down time, looks quite an interesting place. Might have to have a look inside next time i'm in Manchester.
