Personally I have no animosity toward him anymore. I know he's earning big money but he really must be desperately demoralised and feeling totally out of his depth. He'll know well enough that he is a million miles off being Prem quality. Unfortunately we dont appear to have many options.

Agreed. Allardyce has had 10 months and 2 windows now to come up with something better and hasn't.

Personally, I'm more worried by the 4 or 5 other players who are also out of their depth, becasue they are supposed to be good enough

Yup, there's not much you can say about Andrews anymore. We're all aware that he's a liability who occasionally blends in against lower opposition, but he's only taking the opportunity any of us would have. It's Sam's faith in the lad that needs to be put under the microscope.

Today the only thing he could do was foul people. He's abysmal. I hope we offload him for some cash in the winter.

I would have been grateful if he had put in a few more tackles and fouls. All I saw him doing was waving his arms around - pointing where people shoudl be positioned - where ne really needs to look at his own game.

Can't beleive he keeps getting picked - just goes to show how pro-zone must get it so wrong.

i watched the chelsea game, and pre match i decided to thorougly watch andrews. Everything from movement, passes, tackles and so on. At half time i was surprised, it seemed as, that i hadnt fulfilled my assignment of closely following andrews, but i knew that wasnt the case, it was simply put, a matter of andrews being anonymous as hell.

i have no anomosity hatred towards andrews, its not his fault he is here, he is entitled to living out every boys childhood dream, of playing for rovers. But with that said, as a rovers fan, keith just isnt good enough.

squad player : yes

starter: NO

What does Sam see that we don't? Or is he really cutting his nose to spite his face with the fanbase again?

This is the one thing I really don't get. Are our midfield options really that bad? Who would we pick if he got an injury or swine flu?

BOO the useless ferker until hes out of the club, Andrews.

I shake my head when I see him in the starting line up.

I refuse to clap him as he comes on the pitch as a sub.

But I won't boo any player wearing a Rovers shirt.

I can only assume Sam looks only at match stats when deciding his team. I'd like to know the stat for successful pass completion further than 10 yards. I think Andrews racks up points for making short sideways and backward passes to team mates. Granted he will make the odd Lampard-esque slide rule pass but more often than not his passing goes astray.

At least from where I'm sat.

IF that the useless ###### is still here after january then the useless ###### who picks him HAS TO GO.end of story!

Is it an OPTA stats thing, ie he runs around a lot and covers a lot of ground?

Unfortunately he might run 50 yards to then stand 2 yards away from the player and give him as much time as he wants...

Is it just me, but he really gets on my tits when he stands around pointing at other players where they should be? Surely his positioning needs sorting out before he can start telling other people where they should be?

Sadly, we don't have enough quality in midfield when he plays.

Maybe time to play 2 behind the front man with 3 defensive midfielders in?
