Yes I'll give you versatile! He's equally poor in midfield, at full back and on the wing and as for tiresome, yes the more I watch him the more tiresome it becomes.

I don't think he's scored this season yet. I don't understand why you think he's versatile; he plays central midfield. We've used him at right back last season occasionally but there is no danger of that happening again with the number of right backs we have, so he's down to one useful position.

I won't argue with 'fittest', that's blatantly the only reason he gets anywhere near our starting line-up. If Grella hadn't crocked himself again he would have been starting alongside N'Zonzi.

Trappatoni has no one else but SA's continual selection of Andrews is leaving me gobsmacked. I guess I know nowt.

not the best player to don the blue and white shirt,gives 100% and is truely outclassed when we play the top four,lardarse picks him because the fans hate him,well not all but at least 80%.he is a valuble squad player at best,never injured.it truly tickles me that lardarse rates him,a poor mans kevein nolan perhaps or that greek guy

There lies the problem - Allardyce rates crap players for a reason: because they are happy to play to his 'system' and he believes in his system over the attributes of individual players.

Andrews gets picked because he has the best engine to get up for the second ball, not that he knows what to do with it.

Diouf gets picked because he wins free-kicks, not that he can take them or finish from them

MGP gets picked because he can throw the ball a bit further than anyone else we have, not that Samba ever heads them anywhere.

No other team in this league would pick any of those three, let alone all of them.

Not knocking the lad because it's not his fault, but I've yet to come off Ewood and say, that Andrews looks a bloody good player.

I boo because I don't want to lose, and any amount of hysterical cheering won't make him a good player. Like I said, it will turn on the manager very soon on Saturday if things take a bad turn. We know we don't have the ability to have the best players in the league by any means, but surely someone can take a corner???

You don't have to support him, but booing one of your own players is pathetic and counter-productive. The manager should be responsible for who plays, not the player themselves unless they are not trying.

Exactly, and my word Keith needs all the help he can get.

Not his fault he's out of his league, and he literally can't do any more for rovers than he is doing - so can't complain at him at all. It's the berks who pick him who are to blame - Ince and now Sam, especially now we have options fit.

Emerton would be my first choice as ball chasing central mid.

Grella when fit - and he has been for a fair chunk of this season - offers more and can actually pass a ball, even if playing him and N'Zonzi means we're almost playing 4 centre backs.

Move Dunn back and play 4-4-2.

Is Reid back to full fitness, or nearly there? Surely he can't be as bad as Keith, even after 2 years out.
