Do we receive new cards this season or are they updated? It is just that we have 2 adult and 1 junior ST. The junior arrived months ago but the adult ones are still MIA.

As long as the adults havn't changed seats then we keep the same season ticket cards as last season. Only people who change seats or are moving up a price braket i.e. Young adult to adult, are issued new season ticket cards.

Surely the ticket office is the place to ask questions about tickets? I must be losing the plot.

You're right Rovermum but sometimes when your at work it's easier to ask a quick question on here and check back later for a reply.

It saves having to go through the 2minutes recorded message.

In any case Vintage, as has been said, if your keeping seats and details haven't changed you use the same card.
