So as not to get to excited tonight, as to signing a player from outside of the UK.

I assume if a offer is accepted and terms agreed with a player, he would then need a medical before registration is faxed to EPL/FA before midnight, or can the registration be retracted if he later failed a medical, Etc.

What"s the score, so to say.

I'm sure they have a few bob, mind, and will spend big. I'm just naturally cynical about these foriegn owners promising the earth, especially on the day they takeover. They've already set a target of top 4 this season and a league title next season.

I wonder when the ticket price hikes will be announced...

Last I checked, Liverpool has spent a mint on players since Hicks and Gillette took over - more than Utd in the same time frame.

Can't type for laughing at this Man City carry-on.

Some guy who knew nothing about City or football a few days ago is now bidding for players to bring to a club he has yet to visit.

And 'he will talk to Mark Hughes about his targets later...'

And the deal isn't even done yet.

Is there another complaint coming from spurs?

Still nothing much Rovers related, at least there's no bid for Santa.

liverpool supporting mates of mine (they go watching them everywhere), believe raffa has been given more than enough money. he's blown £200M so far, (and is about to blow a load more on reira), and they are in the same position as when he took over.

they are getting fed up with him, and are bemused by the 'un-conditional loyalty' that their fellow fans are showing .

anyhow, back on topic, i am off to manchester airport shortly... if i see joaquin, i'll let you know! :P
