Have to say that Nadal Vs Querrey is about as exciting as its going to get for us tonight

It is good though!

Querrey trying to break back to 4-3 in the 4th, has had 6 BP's this game. Narrowly lost the 3rd on tie break so 2-1 down.

Much more entertaining than SSN.

Us or Pompey. Redknapp loves a criminal!

I'd take Barton, once this court stuff and jail crap'sout the way, good player.

is he heckerslike. he's a nasty piece of work, on and off the pitch, there's a clip of him showing how good a player he is all over the back of tugay's achilles, somewhere. dream on

Ah well, just over 2 hours to go and still no right winger in to replace Bentley. Word is we may 'keep our powder dry' until the right deal comes along in January, even though generally when January comes along the word from Ewood is that other clubs don't want to let good players go midway through the season.

Emo and Reidy bombing down the right until January, Santa Cruz must be licking his lips at the prospect, I know I'm not.

Well creativity hasn't really been our peoblem so far, the defence has. But on the other hand we haven't really had decent opposition.

Depleted Everton side.

Ropey Hull side.

Out-of-form West Ham side.

The Arsenal (who were superb the other day) game could give a better indication as to how much we're going to struggle :(

I'd stick my neck on the line and say that robinho will become a city player. I really really hope not though.

It's on SSN now

I still can't see it myself though, surely Chelsea have the cash and its just a case of whether or not Madrid will sell him or not.

I think it's a case of Man City doing some publicity again, but who knows it certainly seems a strange day!

Stroke boy thinks he has Kenyons number, another friend of his!

That's bold of you. I'll be back at midnight to check up on your neck :P

Robinho isn't worth the hype. Him and Baptista were the next big thing, went to Real and haven't been anything majorly special. City would be more his level than Chelsea, but i would imagine that (alot like Berbatov) he has his eye on a bigger prize than Manchester City.

They will end up with Aaron Mokoena for £20m!

I assume you are being sarcastic in needing to wait fr the Arsenal game? We were lucky to beat a "depleted Everton side", never looked like beating a "ropey Hull side" and got murdered by an "out-of-form West Ham side" but yes I'm sure we won't know that we might struggle until Arsenal beat us.

Yeah but Fulham got beat by a ropey Hull side but then went on to beat Arsenal who beat Newcastle 3-0 who had previously drawn with the Champions.

So where are we going to finish?

Surely you are making a similar point to me? Given our results, the Arsenal game will be no inidcation of the rest of our season. It's just silly to say defeat to Arsenal would mean we will struggle for the rest of the season. We might struggle, but not because we lose to Arsenal!
