Nicko, will you reveal the mystery striker tonight?

Or is it too early yet?

I have had a report that the guy is flying in to talks to the other club, but he is due to come to Blackburn if this option does not work out.

Should know more later, but there are a few agents and time zones to sort out first...

when you say time zones to sort out i presume this striker is further afield than europe. If he was in europe it wouldnt be a big deal as there isnt really much difference in time.

Does that make sense? :lol:

Is the Annan deal completely dead in the water now Nicko? It seems to have gone quiet on all fronts with him, even with other clubs.

Could be agent is abroad.. certainly seems to rule out the euro strikers.. but makes a few SA strikers look interesting (Love and Adriano being top of my list of possibles.. both have SA agents both available).

Racing Santander were offering the most money, but wanted him to be pulled out of the European game. Now I hear they have signed someone else.

Arsenal and Blackburn could offer less now and maybe get their man...but both seem to have backed off for some reason. Maybe he wasnt so great in the last couple of games after all.

At the asking price it can't be a hard deal to do. If you want to.

He aint that chunky now mate... got his life sorted out with his loan to SA..

Doubt it as a possible though.. his wage bill would probably scare the bejesus out of us.

Love would be good. He's supposed to be going to Everton which would fit (if I have read the comments on here properly...)
