rovers1993 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 robinson with 2 world-class save... that makes up for his mistake on the first goal on my account.

Tim Southampton Rover Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Good couple of saves from Robinson....kept us in the game!
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Robinson with two brilliant saves there.
4ever&ever Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 2 Great saves from Robinson. Got to agree that Andrew has looked very usefull so far.
DeadlyDirk Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 A couple of class saves from Robinson, fantastic goalkeeping.
Mr. E Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 A couple of class saves from Robinson, fantastic goalkeeping. yes indeed, thankfully the only thing that matters is not the result but what you do after that little detail has already been decided by your cockups.
rovers1993 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 i must say even if we lose, im happy with the general performance of the team (bare defence who looks very shaky today). We look dangerous in our attack and when dunny and cruz is back im sure we will be alot better. Also with a new right winger we will be fine... also andrews is looking good. if the ref had been better im sure we would have been able to win or draw at least.
Dan Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 yes indeed, thankfully the only thing that matters is not the result but what you do after that little detail has already been decided by your cockups. I think we'd have done better putting Roberts in Goal today.
BiggusLaddus Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 yes indeed, thankfully the only thing that matters is not the result but what you do after that little detail has already been decided by your cockups. I think we'd have done better putting Roberts in Goal today. We really do have the most miserable and negative set of fans in the league. We laugh at Spurs and Newcastle fans for their over-optimism, but our whinging is far worse. Grow up.
emglch Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 if west ham wins, green's gotta be Man of the Match.
rovers1993 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 treacy looking extremely dangerous on the left wing... he deserves a start soon.
Sysagent Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Bellamy 3 - 1 Of all the players, I feel through out this match we have played against 14 people... The football players and officials.
rovers1993 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 3-1... game over.. not a true reflection on the game by far.. samba awful game, and so as the ref. totally AWFUL
andrew92 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 ffs new it!! we need a new striker to partner santa cas roberts just isnt up to it!!
rovers1993 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 4-1.... absolute shocker.... defence is a no-show, midfield over-powered. incey must learn from this game now before its too latE!!!!!!!
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Andrews played well, Samba was dodgy, Robinson was terrible then legendary. We were hurt by the inability to change things around because Santa got injured so early. Treacy, Andrews and Emerton have played well, but it is West Ham. Mike Riley completely spoilt the game from the word go.
Exiled_Rover Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 The curse continues. Should have won today on the balance of play. Though Samba had an absolute nightmare to be fair.
Hughesy Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 13 years and still no win at West Ham - hardly suprising we didnt win today is it? 4-1 not a true reflection of the game - should of been a score draw, but the key decisions (offside goal that wasnt offside) and Roberts again taking the penalty have cost us.
