Just looked up a few stats from Grella’s time here. On the 26th of February – he’ll have been at the club 18 months.

In that time he’s managed 90 minutes fifteen times in the Premier League (possibly more than I expected).

Of those 15 games, we’ve won 3, drawn 6 and lost 6, scoring 14 times and conceding 22 in the process.

Interestingly, we’ve failed to score in 6 of the last 7 Premier League games where Vince has played 90 minutes – Chelsea (A), West Ham (H), Wolves (H), Everton (A), Fulham (A), Liverpool (H), Spurs (H).

His last game was against Liverpool on the 5th December. He took a swipe at a cross late in the game, missed it completely and damaged his thigh - 9 weeks and 4 days ago, missing 14 games. Yep, 14 games.

Hope he doesn't try to kick the ball again on Sunday.

Sure at the time when he last got injured, mid-December I think it was, we were told he would only be out for 2/3 weeks.

I'm not sure why but the club seem to be pretending players are less injured than they, this has only started happening recently.

The only reason I can think of is so that we can possibly keep the opposition guessing about our line-up a bit more.
