Just a quick question. BBc website states that a second transfer window opens next week for emegency domestic loans.

Anyone know if its just for Championship and below or can premier league teams still bring players in on loan from another premier league team??

No, only the football league.

I think Premier League clubs can use the emergency loan system if they have an injury crisis, but this has only ever happened with goalkeepers in the past.
