You are talking tandem, yes? If so, then no consent is required.

If you're doing a static jump or AFF, yes - you need consent.

The minimum age to do any type of skydive in the UK is 16. Under 18’s must have a consent form and a medical form signed by a parent or guardian. See restrictions for the forms required.

cheers ...my ex sent me a txt she was taking my 10 year old ,i flew off the handle and its how she worded it .its actually her thats doing it.Might use the multi faith room tommorow in the hope that the one she uses and pots and pans in.

I think you will find that many jump sites, allow tandems without consent.
