As per Lee on the official forum

West Brom will be selling on the day of the game, customers can buy their tickets from the Away end Kiosk in the Smethwick end Stand. It is CASH ONLY, they will be selling these from 1.30pm onwards. This is the same place where customers can collect Duplicate tickets and Collections from.
