Why has the xbox dropped so much in price? is it struggling or something?

Quite the opposite it is doing very well. They have been able to reduce their costs and can now offer it such a cheap price. Much as I love the PS3 for me it is going to be dead in the water this Christmas as it now costs almost twice what a 360 costs, parents will just end up buying the 360. Stuff like Blue Ray etc is not important to the mass market.
