Backroom Tom Posted May 12, 2009 Backroom Posted May 12, 2009 Yesterday I was thinking off a Premier league without Newcastle and Burnley staying down. A bad result last night and two lucky swings of the leg tonight and things are looking bad.
OhmiBRFC Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I've turned the TV off and now I shall be sulking all night.
Hughesy Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Dingles in the final..... Time to break their hearts at Wembley
Exiled in Toronto Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I hate them too, but given that next year at best will be mid-table mediocrity when there will be precious few interesting games, I'd much rather have 2 games against them than against Reading or Sheff Utd in a half-empty stadium.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 They will find Sheff Utd even less of a challenge than Reading. I said it earlier - these play offs are a breeze.
Backroom Tom Posted May 12, 2009 Backroom Posted May 12, 2009 I don't fear them one bit as a football force, I just don't think I can bare the smugness. WTF are the commentators on, he said before all of Lancashire will be partying tonight, not quite.
Guest benmaxwell Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Trully sickening that they are going through to the final so easily. The thing that worries me is they are playing really nice football. Unless we strengthen our squad this summer, i can see Burnley making us a little uncomfortable under the collar next season. The 2 goals they have got so far today have been dare i say it, superb...

Horrible creatures will be out in force.
philipl Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Burnley are promoted. Reading are a much better outfit than Sheff U. The dingles will probably score more tonight.
Grabbi Graeme Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I have only seen the seond half, but Reading look like they wouldn't score if they played till tomorroiw
bob fleming Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 They will find Sheff Utd even less of a challenge than Reading. I said it earlier - these play offs are a breeze. Surely not?! Reading have been absolutely dire. Unless we strengthen our squad this summer, i can see Burnley making us a little uncomfortable under the collar next season. Get a grip of yourself ben.
ABBEY Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 bumley promoted phil??? er not yet there not . ben wash yer gob out and be real.
4ever&ever Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 FFS, I won't be buying the telegraph or visiting the site tomorrow thats for sure. As has been mentioned though, when they get beat at wembley it will be a much harder fall then the Spurs defeat lol.
Backroom Tom Posted May 12, 2009 Backroom Posted May 12, 2009 Wow Reading really are awful. Surely Sheff United can't be this bad? Lets just hope they're prem experience see's them through at Wembely
RevidgeBlue Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 The thought of the Dingles getting their hands on 35m plus of Sky cash next season makes me feel physically sick.
Mr. E Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 eh, it'd be nice to play Burnley a couple of times again, plus laugh at them on their way back to the championship. So I wouldn't mind giving them a season in the Prem.
Ninjathunder Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 2 excellent goals. Hope they get promoted to add some spice to the season, if only to see them struggle, but worringly can see this lot taking points off us next season unless we strengthen.
ABBEY Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 The thought of the Dingles getting their hands on 35m plus of Sky cash next season makes me feel physically sick. also the thoughts of anymore txts like im getting off the inbreds is eweeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Ossydave Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 The thing that worries me is they are playing really nice football. Bit like West Brom then yeah?
