thecomebackid Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Stats, Rovers first: Pos 59-41 on 7-2 off target 4-1 Bookings 1-3 Fouls 4-7 Hopefully all that Rovers possession will mean that Sunderland legs start to tire as the game wears on.

RibbleValleyRover Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 The Pedersen article about wanting to fight for his place: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_4502121,00.html "I am here to play. I've spoken to the manager; he knows I want to play all the time. "It's hard when you are left out, but you can either sulk or work hard and get back." Interesting quotes from Ince: "I remember watching Morten two years ago and he was outstanding. "But somewhere down the line he has lost his way a bit, maybe it's a confidence thing. "He played well against Chelsea last week and he just has to continue on that same path now."
BRFC1995 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 its normally a bad thing to say a player has been annonomous, but in the hammann, makalele roll its kind of expected not to stand out, and thats exactly how mokoenas played so far. Have'nt punched the laptop at anything he's done....yet! Peds and Andrews playing really well, only Roberts really bugging me but hopefully he'll score to shut me up. Same again please lads.
Sysagent Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 FFS... Why have we started like this in the 2nd half??? 1 - 1
philipl Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Awful start. Warnock is a very very lucky boy not to have been sent off. Inspirational stuff at HT it seems
novella Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 we are terrible in every game straight after half time.
roverfanuk Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Anybody notice that Ince has tried a couple of matches without Samba and now a couple of matches without Nelly? Interesting...
novella Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 edit: double post we are terrible in every game straight after half time.
RibbleValleyRover Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 we are terrible in every game straight after half time. It was the opposite last season, poor first half, better second.
philipl Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Robbo has been back yo bad old times so far this half as well
novella Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 dear me my computer has just had a night mare on this.
BRFC1995 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 pathetic 1 hand punch from robinson, he'll be embarrased when he see's that again
philipl Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 MGP back to woeful corners. We seem to be utterly incapable of hanging onto a lead. How many times do we conceed shortly after scoring?
Sysagent Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Seem's like the officials are having a nightmare as well in this half... I think the pressure is on now in this half and we must score and defend resolutely
novella Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 it says 1-2 on SSN. true? nah its a mistake
BRFC1995 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 looks like the real kenwyne jones has turned up 2nd half, starting to look a little unplayable.
philipl Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 All Sunderland- great save by Robbo. Two more yellows. Boyce of Wigan been sent off for as clean a tackle as you could wish to see. Of course we respect the blind morons who referee our game!
Rovers in America Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 I really hope Ince has the sense to take Roberts off soon. He's had an absolutely dreadful day.
RibbleValleyRover Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Going to have to change something, all the play is in our own half and Sunderland look like scoring another. We have been shocking so far this half.
