He has got to go and go now!

There is time to rescue this debacle of a season but it needs to start now. Ince and his "team" are clearly way out of thier depth and we need to take decicive action to save our club.

Mr.Williams whilst, in a way, I admire your willingness to give a young "upcoming " manager a chance you now have to conceed it was a mistake and act decicively to save the club we love.

Rubbish. His uninspired signings, p*sspoor tactics, iffy team selections, playing players out of position and general inexperience is what will cost him his job.

Had my reservations back in the summer when Ince was appointed, would of preferred Laudrup but was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

However, enough is enough now.

Performances are poor and I cannot seeing us getting anything out of the Liverpool game.

Too many times the excuses of "bad luck" or "missed opportunities" have been given. He almost sounds like Souness when he used to harp on about "Lady Luck"!

We may have been over achieving under Hughes but we should be at least mid table with our squad.

Ince just cant hack the big time, I can see Santa Cruz leaving in January and at the moment, who can blame him?

Hardly, the fact the author can't or wont specify the member of staff to be removed, makes the article come over as random and malicious ****stirring. Just like all of phillip's posts over the last few months since he decided he was opposed to Ince's appointment.

As for MK Dons, it looks from their continued success that Ince left good foundations in place there.

Why would nicko stir anything hes been reasonably accurate for the timescale hes had to get stories into print obviously its a changing picture.

On what evidence do you have that Ince left good foundations at MKDons as opposed to the new regime adding something extra to that club, alledgedly we took their best player or was that not really the case.

I wish people would stop saying we 'overachieved' under Hughes. We didn't. He just knew how to get the best out of the players we had. They were organised and knew their roles. That's all there is to it. Ince sold one of the vital cogs of that team, didn't replace him, and smudged everything Hughes had established.

Yes fair point T4E. It's just that he should never have been appointed in the first place but you can hardly blame him for accepting the post. The point I'm trying to make is that JW is ultimately responsible for this disastrous situation. It was plain reckless from the start. Matthias, Knox, Fowler and Andrews ( who tries his best but is not of the required quality) should never have been sanctioned either.

Williams and the players shouldn't come out of this scot-free. Williams made the appointment and its backfired big time and the players have made stupid mistakes on the pitch, something Ince can't completley control.

Ince will be the one who gets blamed for all of this, but its not the full story.

Ince maintains he will stick to his principles and has no intention of changing Blackburn's style in order to get them out of their current rut.

"People say win ugly but I've always played in footballing sides and I don't think you should change how you play," he added.

It looks like our desire to appoint a manager who plays the beautiful game is going to cost us our status as a small club playing with the big boys.

It will take the likes of Big Sam to save us now but will our spoilt messageboard warriors eat their ill advised words of hate which stopped our club making the correct appointment in the first place?

We have one chance to get it right and give us a shot of staying up. It will not be pretty but our direction must change and change now.

Why is there always a happy embrace with the opposing manager/players at the end of each match? Ince behaves like a kid and like he cannot believe he is managing a Premiership team.

It is such a pity that our next two games are against United and Liverpool. When we lose those games, which we no doubt will, the board will just back out of a sacking bacause we were expected to lose against them.

However, if by some miraculous occurrence, we do get something out of either game, it could be the death knell for us in that the board will give Ince till January and beyond.

I can't believe it has come to this, but i'm almost wishing that we lose our next 3 games (including Wigan, beacuse only then will JW gain the balls to sack him) just so that we can get rid of this plonker.

The only other time I wanted a manager sacked was Brian Kidd, this situation feels exactly the same! Souness just went sour, BK was just clueless and out of his depth, PI def. falls into the latter category.

IMO He's been given long enough now. The last 4 games have extinguished any faint hopes he had (Surely!) and the risk taking has to draw to an end.

I think their is more chance of Alan Shearer coming out in the media tomorrow morning and announcing he made a mistake in leaving the club for Newcastle...

Make no mistake, football is all about money these days, and Paul will never resign if it means he looses his 5 million pound settlement.

This is why i think Paul Ince is going to go down as one of the biggest villians to grace the club in history...
