Funnily enough I found someone who still thinks Ince should be in a job.

Apparently we were "unlucky" to lose, "played some good stuff", and it was all down to "individual mistakes". We're gonna "turn it around in the next game".

How many defeats does it take to convince some people?

The excuses have worn thin now - SACK HIM

If we persevere with Paul Ince we WILL be relegated. It should, therefore, be an easy decision to sack him tomorrow. If John Williams leaves it so late that an incoming manager can't keep us up then he will go down in history as the man that threw away Jack Walker's legacy.

This is effing crap!

I said it at the beginning of his appointment, check my old posts. HE IS NOT RIGHT FOR ROVERS , NEVER HAS BEEN AND NEVER WILL!

Saddest day = Selling Brad! buying Andrews

Best day = the day he goes hopefully soon

We are on the verge of dissapearing from the top tiers of football i kid you not. We wont have Jack Walkers money this time to bounce back as he was still alive when we went down the first time. We were lucky. We wont be this time.. im so upset!

This league is looking more out of our reach every second. When a team that is 14th is the richest club, we stand no chance.

I have been one of those that viewed Ince's appointment with the desire that we should have hired someone else but happy to wait and give him a chance to see what he could do.I have not felt compelled to harangue him on these boards BUT after today's result on top of the merit of our season thus far,Ince has to go.Whether he does the honourable thing and resigns,or Mr Williams does the difficult thing and sack him does not really matter.Hopefully there have already been discussions about who will be his replacement. There is no clearcut answer for me (eg Big Sam) but it is obvious we cannot keep riding the rails of the tracks we find ourselves on because (with this form) our destination is only one way:Relegation town=a place I hope we never visit ever again.A return trip from there to the Golden city of the Premier League might never come again.

How much more do we need to see? This decision would not be "knee jerk" reaction but a measured one that has allowed all a full opportunity to see what an Ince-led setup would look like. There must be action at THIS time or our club might not be the same again.

It's got to have reached the stage now where the board must be considering his position. I don't think he'll be sacked as a direct result of today's result, however he must turn things round before the new year or the board will surely act.

For what it's worth, if he went I'd like to see Avram Grant take over.

Blackburn manager Paul Ince:

"It was a poor decision from the referee [to disallow our third goal].

"He gave the foul on James but you see on the replay that he hasn't touched him and it should have been 3-2.

"They are the things that happen when you are down there. That is the sort of stuff we have to contend with at this moment in time, but we'll keep marching."

Marching ????????????????

I've kept my gob shut ever since his appointment and kept an open mind and was prepared to see what he can do as no one deserves all that negative waffle before they have chance to show what they can do (in any job). Whatever the reasons were that such a huge number of people decided to give him such a rough ride from day one could be argued for 100 years. However, it appears his time is up and once the furor of everyone screaming "I told you so!!" dies down we can get on with discussing someone who might be able to keep us up.

We have a championship fan base, with a championship manager playing championship football. We can change the last two.

Deary me! Just saw the goals. What the (Please don't use that word again) is samba playing at for the first two? The last goal was studs up and would be called for any team apart from us, however the the boy just marches through easy as you like.

Paul Ince was a terrible appointment. Defeat on wed against manure reserves and a hiding against Liverpool will see him gone.

BFS should be spoken too now, and be on speed dial for Saturday dinner time. Couldn't care less about his managing a rival club, we are in dire straits right now. The facebook club should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

Since there appears to be no money, any team are willing to give us 15million+ for RSC then we should take it now, give fat sam 20million in January to keep us up.

Another miserable weekend.Bleak times.

"The referee made a mistake." It's crap of course but sh1t happens. Problem is Paul that our defence made 3 bigger ones!

The referee made a mistake. It's crap of course but sh1t happens.

It's a bloody big mistake in our position though, Derbyshire's goal is given, we more than likely get three points, live to fight another day, confidence is restored slightly and the pressure is taken off for the Liverpool game, with a point being more than adequate, setting us up nicely for the Xmas fixtures.

(Sigh)

I'd still give Ince three more games myself, Liverpool, Wigan and Stoke.

A minimum of six points from those three fixtures or it will be time to try and change things round.

In the meantime we need to stop shipping goals NOW. The Winterburn thing doesn't seem to be working, get rid, or get him in full time instead of fannying about for a few hours a week.

We can't afford to give him three more games.A new manager needs at least a few weeks to assess what the problems are and what's needed in the transfer window.

Nelsen's seriously gone backwards, and like I said about Samba one moment he's a giant the next he's giving goals away for fun. I think it's time those two were dropped and Ooijer & Zurab were given the green light.
