Right then Rev

Come saturday afternoon, even more so if and when we get ousted out of the cup tonight, I would expect you to be jumping up and down on your seat when we are 4-0 ayt home to Liverpool and playing the beautiful game of football the Ince and co have prescribed for our team.

we are all entitled to a view and we all will see different things that annoys us or rile us, we may see things we actually like.

As it stands there is nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to be positive about with our football team. In fact right now there is only a positive that is in fact a NEGATIVE, WE ARE FACING RELEGATION.

That is the only POSITIVE (or NEGATIVE) thing about BRFC as we stand. If your happy about it then fair dos, your not as intelligent as I thought you were, because from my seat, its an absolute travesty having watched the basis of our club built on a ethic of hard work, fight and effort. The team of today has none of these qualities and it is probably the worst ever set of results in the RECENT history of BRFC with worse to come I would suggest.

Change has to happen. Be it the manager, the backroom staff or the Chairman. The fans will still be here (if we are lucky), the ground will be and the name, even if Ince and co leave taking players with them. Its just at this very moment they are taking us down TOGETHER.

We have to be out of the bottom 3 after those matches otherwise Ince should leave (be given the boot), as long as a suitable replacement has been sorted out.

If we're still in the bottom 3 then he should be given the boot regardless...in that situation ANYONE would be an improvement. You seem to pussyfoot around Ince for some reason, I don't get it.

I wish I could share your optimism that things will get better, but I just don't see anything that we're doing right. Our defence has been an issue since the start of the season, and if Sunday was anything to go by it's just getting worse.

Some of you should forget about cutting your nose off to spite your face, and take a long cold look at our situation. I can't believe you still want to give Ince so many games to prove himself when he's already had 15 and made us relegation fodder.

Maybe Jan has a point, and positive discrimination is playing a key here.

Some people want us to blindly support the team don't voice our concerns and ignore all Ince faults and mistakes give him more time and let him spend money in the transfer window. And if you don't like him its because of his colour of his skin not the fact the he is a awful football manager.

Then it gets to late Ince has blown money on lower league players while we are playing in the championship and by all possibility Burnley could be in the Premier league.

a very frightening thought but could well come true the way Burnley are playing and even North End - WITH INCE IN CHARGE THATS A GOOD POSSIBILITY

INCE OUT INCE OUT INCE OUT - MATTHIAS , WINTERBURN , KNOX AS WELL THEY ARE RUINING ARE CLUB !

IMO positive discrimination is NOT playing a part here, I think the reason why Ince is being given more time by certain posters is that the options out there are so grim!

I have changed my mind and would like Ince to be replaced but it seems the board are going to give him another couple of games, as long the situation is clear BEFORE Ince spends the money is imperative.

I also think it is down right disgraceful the level of personal abuse Ince is facing by "fans". The swearing is bang out of order, he may be doing a poor job at the moment and have made some bad decisions but does not deserve that. (By the way I saw the Ince interview last night and was surprised how passionate Ince was with regards to wanting to do well)

knowing one is a failure will cause one to clutch at the proverbial straw Imy.

A desperate man desperate to keep hold of his well paid job.

I just wonder if any of the backroom rumours are going to turn out to be true ?

I for one would like to see a top class QUALIFIED coach in there as assistant.

Back to Ince IMO Ince is not in it for the money, he is loaded anyway, what came across last night was that above all else Ince wants to win, a noble quality but means nothing if he doesnt win!!

Just took a quick look at the previous attendance with Liverpool at home.

Lowest we have had in 8 seasons is just over 26000 a good few years ago.

I dont think for a minute we will get anywhere near 26000 on Saturday such is the low feeling against the club.

Maybe this will enforce a decision making process sooner rather than later.

INCE OUT

in the past i've said we should give ince time and tried to remain positive about our situation. we are still only a few points from safety but I have no faith ince is the man to get these points, and safety alone is not good enough for BRFC!

his rants about everyone being against us are embarrassing bullsh!t that prove he is cracking if not cracked.

after the defeat to liverpool we'll be in real danger, time to go ince.

he has had a fair go, get Big Sam in!

Date: 3rd December, 2008.

From: Blackburn Rovers supporters everywhere.

Subject: Paul Ince, manager

Sir,

Further to my email of 30th Nov after Saturday's hapless defeat may I again ask after tonight's humiliating 5-3 Carling Cup exit at Old Trafford how much longer you are going to allow Paul Ince to drag my beloved club into the mire ?

I believe I am not the only supporter who believes that the the club under the present manager is sleepwalking towards relegation from the Premier League and that the board needs to act immediately if the club is to have any chance of survival.

I look forward to your early reply.

Yours faithfully,
