Its humiliating to know we're now a joke. Other fans are laughing at us

You know what sambo, I'd rather we became a laughing stock and people took notice of the position we're in, than we just slipped quietly into oblivion. Firstly this will publicise our plight more and the pressure on JW to sack Ince won't just come from Rovers fans, but also the opinion of football fans nationally. That's a big consideration as fans of one's own team can often be rash.

Secondly, if we're being laughed at for our current position that's only because fans recognise we ought to be too good for this mess and should be doing much better. We laughed at Newcastle and Spurs - big clubs with massive support and money who should be doing better. But would people laugh if Boro and Bolton, two teams who've been up for a while, were in the position we were? I don't know if they would, and for me that's an indicator about how people see us, regardless of our money and support.

We are down and out if we persist and most of us knew changes had to be made at least a month ago, BUT we thought lets give him a fair crack.

Nothing will change. In fact, things are getting worst by the game. Before today I thought at least we have spirit in the camp. But after today its questionable how much of that will be left.

Please save our club...

PLEASE.

And hire Mr. Allardyce...

in the past i've said we should give ince time and tried to remain positive about our situation. we are still only a few points from safety but I have no faith ince is the man to get these points, and safety alone is not good enough for BRFC!

his rants about everyone being against us are embarrassing bullsh!t that prove he is cracking if not cracked.

after the defeat to liverpool we'll be in real danger, time to go ince.

he has had a fair go, get Big Sam in!

I to have been willing to give Ince some time - but I see only two choices now - he either brings in a new back room team or goes.

In todays game you could say that Ince is a little unlucky - yet again we missed chances while on top and then made school boy errors in defence - I can't see how this should all be at Ince's door. HOWEVER - listening on the radio, the thing that Ince and his back room staff is responsible for is team organisation. It has become apparent that we have no real organisation - or real plan on how to defend as a team. For a long time I have been prepared to accept that changes in a teams style takes time to bed in - sorry he has had long enough.

One thing that struck me recently - one of the first things Hughes identified, was that players were making silly mistakes due to poor fitness - could this be deja vu ?

Big decision coming JW's way fairly soon !

In any case, in the pre match build up he referrred to his time at macclesfield and going to Walsall in the cup. he wont hat game 2-0 and went on a 10 match unbeaten run and compared our run to that and ending up with something similar.

Paul, your ideas dont work, your thought process is out of sync and your back up team out of their depth

Enough is enough.

I was firmly in the give him a chance brigade, and hold my hands up by saying those hoping for Ince to fail did my head in.

He has had a chance, and shows no sign of an improvements.

Paul Ince, please do not destroy my football club.

Lets hope John Williams realizes that things are getting worse and not better by the game.

This is the critical point of the season. Far worse teams have survived from weaker positions after they changed their manager. I dont see why we cant before the damage gets bigger! Big Sam IN...

He wouldnt have dreamt it that most Rovers fans would want him...

I wasn't hoping for him to fail, that would mean this club would also fail. But what I saw was that we had appointed a guy who been managing basement league teams for a dog watch. This is a club that had just finished 7th in the Premier League. If we'd had appointed Keith Hill from Rochdale I would have been just as perturbed. I've been watching football a long time and I've learnt one or two things over that period. One of them is - If you have a good pre-season it means nothing, if you have a bad pre-season it means you're in the s--t.

After our pre-season I was concerned, nothing I have seen since has changed my opinion.

Yep Stu, my feelings exactly. Time's up Paul. Feelings of hope during August and Sept gave way to apathy during Oct then despondency during the last few weeks. Along with a few others, I've now gone over the edge.

Dear John,

Time to put your cards on the table. Go to the trustees and say we need to have a change. This cheaper option has not worked out one bit. I am asking the trust to release substantial funds in the memory of Jack to save his beleagured club. It's obvious we have to change the manager now and won't attract a top quality one unless we have a transfer kitty. You backed us with £14m for Grabbi and Cole when we really needed a top class striker and now we need the same level of backing again. The no cost option is not an option any more. Tell them the club will follow Southampton and Leeds into oblivion without this support and then tell them wthout this support you will have no option but to hand them your resignation.

I too was in the "give ince a chance" camp but hown many times can you Twist when your on 20? Saying that if we were on 20 i'd probably stick, but l reckon we're pretty much bust by now :(
