We have got to stop the rot NOW before its too late.

Ince has had his chance, john Williams please admit that for this once the gamble has not paid off and replace Mr Ince.

It could weel be that with Keane's resignation today that we have less choice to find a replacement.

Save our club from the big R at all costs.

During the second half of the Sunderland league game both me and my mate had that horrible, almost helpless feeling that we were on our way down. Or at least we were with Ince at the helm.

I have seen nothing since to make me change my mind.

Footballers are a funny lot. They seem to need an arm round their shoulder more than most other employees. They need a kick up their backsides at other times and they need motivating and leading. This virtual same set of players are a shadow of last season.

We need a leader with leadership attributes in and we need him in now.

A couple of good signings in January and we will finish mid table without a doubt but if the Board continue to dither and leave the clueless clown in charge we are as good as down.

GET OFF YOUR ARSES, ENGAGE FIRST GEAR & GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. WE ARE STARING INTO AN ABYSS FFS!!

I know people are saying the players must be accountable too, but you have to ask WHY they're playing badly, WHY they're making clumsy mistakes. Their organisation, preparation, and confidence instilled by the backroom staff could be the answer to these questions.

I think it's now inevitable that Ince is a dead man walking (especially after Keane leaving with a slighty better record). If this messageboard is any indication of the feelings that will be in an around the ground on Saturday, Liverpool will put at least 3 past us.

I've continaully wished for Ince to be given a decent stab, he may still make it but I don't think he'll get the chance. The court of public opinion and the quickfire mentality of football today mean that the chairman will have to bag him to try and salvage the supporters' trust, but more importantly money.

I think that Rovers are in trouble no matter what they do. The easiest, and cheapest scenario is that Ince learns what tactics are and we go on a sterling run, yet the fans do not want to chance this. If he gets sacked it starts the managerial tombola again, in and around transfer time. This uncertainty will jack up prices for a manager who will hardly have his feet under the table. My ideal situation is for Ince to turn it around, however I doubt that this will happen either because he gets the boot, or he stays and his team carries on playing like strangers.

For all the drama queens calling for scarves to be burned and planning on calling for Ince`s head DURING the game against Liverpool, you are bang out of order. How on earth is that going to help us try to get 3 points on Saturday? By all means have a protest AFTER the game but to do it during the game isn`t going to help Rovers one bit,and lets face it we will need all the points we can get.Even if we only get a draw on Saturday at least it`s a start and it may well be the difference come the end of the season.

During the game should be the time when everybody should stand together and SUPPORT THE TEAM (even if you don`t support the manager).

Everything else should wait until AFTER the game, after all we are supposed to be Rovers supporters first above anything else. :brfc:

I think people want to use every opportunity to let the board know Ince isn't the man to take us forward. The chants at last night's game got highlighted in the media, so it's having the desired effect.

Speeeeeeedie - put me and you on a pitch together and we would be strangers in the realmst of things but I guarantee be it Ince or Steve bloody Kindon in charge we wouldn't play like they have been doing and they are so called professionals.

turn his situation into some sort of sweep stake, i want him out today in a perfect world, i think he'll get away with the liverpool game as no one expects anything from it then i'd guess if the next match is'nt a victory he's gone......so i'll go for ince sacked appearing on the skysports banner about 11 o'clock at night a week on sunday, anyone care to go higher or lower on that.

I think Liverpool could be an enbarrassing result which will result in Ince getting the sack

It seems also everything Ince does is a mistake, his tactics, selection, purchases, his interviewing generally

would be good to see him do well, but eventually enough will be enough, I'm notconfident in his ability

i do think Blackburn deserve to be in the bottom three after the summer lack of activity, selling best players and getting an inexperienced manager.

BUT if you going to show no ambition, then sam is the man in IMO

Couldnt agree more. As i said last night.

Get rid of Ince, and get someone who knows what he's talking about.

My top 3 candidates are still Owen Coyle, Michael Laudrup and Avram Grant...

The man who took that lot up the road to the brink of Champion's League football and gave them four successive top-eight finishes?

Please tell me what 'ambition' is for us then, and who you put in charge to achieve that.

Ince will be gone by Sunday. Williams and the board are not stupid...although they did give him the job in the first place!

We need to get Sam before Sunderland our man.

Hopefully, Allardyce isn't too p****d at not getting the nod first time round.

I look forward to playing gritty football and being hard to beat once again.

I absolutely for the life of me can't see why he hasn't been sacked yet.

It could only be:

a) They think they should stick by him as he will turn things around - this is nuthouse thinking

B) They want to get shot but want to have someone lined up first - but surely we could get a caretaker from somewhere?

c) they're just crossing the "t"'s on his P45

I have this horrible feeling it's a).

Please please please, sack him.

I can't think of one decent reason to keep hold of him.
