benhben Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Has anyone used this football shirt site? The shirts are cheap as chips. My mate however thinks there fakes, although I know someone else who bought off them and claims there good quality. Just wondering if anyone else has bought from them before and what the shirts are like.

cn174 Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 I haven't used the site, but having had a quick look the delivery is 2-4 weeks. That seems to me that they're coming from the Far East. In all likelihood they will be fake, but I've had a few from ebay previously, and they're pretty good fakes
hollowsr Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 They are fakes but top quality mate. They come from Hong Kong mine took just over 2 weeks to get here. I got an AC Milan top with Flamini 84 on the back and I love mine will probably order more in the New Year.
Presty On Tour Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 At that price they have to be fakes. They do look good in the pics though, I'm tempted to purchase the Fiorentina and Roma jerseys and use them for football training. For the people who have bought them, how can you tell they are fake? poor quality materials? stitching or colour perhaps?
benhben Posted November 18, 2008 Author Posted November 18, 2008 Im thinking of getting a Boca juniors shirt with Riquleme 10 and a Barcelona top with Gudjohnsen 7 on it. Works out at about 14.99 for shirt name and number. Reckon thats a good price for a good fake? I only wear footy shirts to play football in so if there good quality then I dont mind if there fakes or not.
T4E Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 I got a couple of fakes in Tunisia last week - Real Madrid home with RvN 17 on and Italy home with Cannavaro 5, £15 each. Really good standard fakes. This site looks very similar.
bellamy11 Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 I got quite a lot of similar shirts a few years ago from various people on ebay - usually from Hong Kong and Thailand. To be honest, almost every single was top notch.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 When people think of fakes, they usually think of the type of shirts you can buy off Del boy and Rodney where everything is printed. In Thailand/Hong Kong etc they probably make the shirt exactly how the big brand manufacturers make them but just don't work for the actual company. Everything will be stitched exactly the same way and will look 99.9% accurate. Personally I think it's a superb deal.
benhben Posted November 19, 2008 Author Posted November 19, 2008 Ordered a Boca Juniors shirt with Riquleme 10, and a black AC milan 3rd shirt with 7 Pato on the back. The black milan top looks quality.
T4E Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Kept us up to date when they come Ben, if they're good standard I'm going to have a spend up.
benhben Posted November 19, 2008 Author Posted November 19, 2008 Kept us up to date when they come Ben, if they're good standard I'm going to have a spend up. When they arrive Ill take some photos and post them and let you know the quality of the stitching etc. Should be here in about a month. Also if any members on here have young kids, the kids jersys come with a shirt name, number and shorts for just 6.99 plus postage. Thats a fab deal, especially when kids are unlikely to notice or care if there copies or not. Just go on kids shirts on the left menu and take a look.
bellamy11 Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Just a football shirts question for people in general - I'm looking for an obscure shirt (Heracles kit, Darl Douglas name on the back). Does anybody know where I could procure this? I've tried e-mailing them but the address on the official site doesn't seem to work for me. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
bellamy11 Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Christmas present for my housemate. I've got a feeling it's going to be a difficult one. Darl doesn't seem to have the superstar status and worldwide appeal as I would have hoped.

Have you tried translating and buying off the official website? http://www.heracles.nl/home You could have a look on ebay or somewhere for just the shirt then go to a local shirt printing firm (theres usually loads) and get whatever you want printed on the back.

I couldn't be bothered waiting, so I've just ordered Argentina home + Messi 19, Barcelona home + Xavi 6, Boca Juniors home + Riquelme 10, Spain home + Torres 9 AC Milan home + Kaka 22, Juventus home + Del Piero 10 and Inter home + Ibrahimovic 8. £92 for 7 shirts is a bargain, if it turns out that they are decent enough fakes. Did you have to pay by PayPal btw?
benhben Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 Hahaha thats a fair order Tugay! Yes we had to pay via pay pal. When we first logged into paypal from the site it was all in thai writing and was unreadable which put us off abit, however when we logged in as my paypal rather than my dads it was all in English. Weird. This happen to you?
Hughesy Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Have the shirts not arrived yet? I want to order too, but not until I can be sure on the quality.

rog of the rovers Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 The website is on the football 365 forums and plenty of people on there are happy with them, although they do take a while to arrive apparently.
American Rover12 Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 That medium/XL only thing is putting me off. I'm usually a large but I hate swimming in shirts. I'm not trying to look ridiculous though either.
