waggy Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 lardarse said he left bolton because there ambitions did not match his, well if thats the case why is he the manager of BLACKBURN ROVERS
philipl Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Wow- two wins and we have stopped preparing for Scunthorpe and are ready to take on Sampdoria!
S15 Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 lardarse said he left bolton because there ambitions did not match his, well if thats the case why is he the manager of BLACKBURN ROVERS Do you wish our manager well in his recovery?
unluckymorton Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 lardarse said he left bolton because there ambitions did not match his, well if thats the case why is he the manager of BLACKBURN ROVERS Maybe because he see's us as a better set up with more ambition???
waggy Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Maybe because he see's us as a better set up with more ambition??? bolton have similar gates as us and spend a lot more on players
gumboots Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 bolton have similar gates as us and spend a lot more on players they are also, on yesterday's evidence, rubbish!
unluckymorton Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 bolton have similar gates as us and spend a lot more on players And they are above us in the league? with a better academy and training set up??? You are really funny wag, I don't know where you get them from sometimes. They may spend money but it's money they've not got. Similar attendances? Are you having a laugh? 21,777 on Sunday. When we played them at Ewood midweek last season it was 25,205. I wasn't commenting on what you see us and Notlob as, I was commenting on what Sam must see. To be fair he came to us because he was out of work and a decent well run Premier League team came in for him, he'd be mad not to. Not to much expectation, a good board who will back him all they can. He left Bolton for a club with more ambition, he went to Newcastle remember, not Rovers. But I'm sure he see's us as a step up from Wanderers. It's no good spending a lot more on players and buying crap. How many Bolton players would you have preferred to have in our side on Sunday? At least our lads were up for it.
waggy Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 listen lardarse made a comment that he left bolton because there AMBITIONS did not meet his,now he manages a club with the same AMBITIONS.he has proved that his managerial talents are suited to clubs at our level,no higher
gumboots Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 listen lardarse made a comment that he left bolton because there AMBITIONS did not meet his,now he manages a club with the same AMBITIONS.he has proved that his managerial talents are suited to clubs at our level,no higher Or perhaps the expectations of the deluded Geordie fans are so high that no manager can ever meet them unless he can somehow get them to win the league. But then every other manager they've had has succeeded haven't they?

broadsword Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Do you wish our manager well in his recovery? Who in all honestly wouldn't? No-one's immature enough not to put aside their feelings about his stewardship of the club in order to wish him well. But one thing is for sure, putting "Get well soon" on a messageboard is likely to make absolutely no difference at all.
S15 Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Who's is immature enough to not to? I dunno, perhaps the 'adult' who has frequently spoke of his 'resentment' and 'hatred' from this human being he has never once met. Just stuck out to me that despite not liking his way of management, the 'anti Allardyce' brigade all came on and wished him a speedy recovery, yet one individual didn't/hasn't.
