Don't live in Blackburn but I'm not sure you understand location rights if you think that video is only restricted from people in basements. I'm guessing it's more geographical based that dwelling linked.

I'd love the know what Sam's physical tests are. I reckon one of them is a bleep test (how much swearing you can do in a minutes?) and maybe something to do with jumping/heading a ball.

There are mental ones, too, I believe? Sudoku, anyone? Being able to count to one, and then defend that one staunchly?
