I don't think it's just a case of his mentality, I also think no manager has found his best position yet, a bit like when Bentley arrived and nobody seemed to know where he played until Hughes moulded him into a right sided midfielder. I think he's worth a gamble until January, I don't think his value will drop much (if at all) by doing that.
