To be fair to H and J on Talksport, that 'setting black managers back' comment is taken out of context. The rest of their show (surprisingly) was basically agreeing that you couldn't defend Ince and saying results speak for themselves.

As for Colin Hendry having a poor management history, I agree, but I thought the original comment was with regards to coaching. If he has qualifications and experience, I wouldn't be opposed to him coming in, in a coaching capacity. Definitely not as manager.

Correct ... they also said they watched rovers against Chelsea and said rovers were the worse team in premiership and defensively were all over the place. Surprising realistic comments from southern based bias media. Wright on soon he will be backing Ince not given long enough etc of that I have no doubt

“I haven’t got the qualifications but having taken a break from the game and then returning with Paul giving me a chance it’s made me realise that I really missed football."

I haven't got any qualifications either and having watched the tripe we've been watching recently I reall miss football as well - can I have a job?

How do you know ? Was he not collecting his belongings from Brockhall.

He was on Radio Lancs, saying how totally devestated Ince was when he heard he was being sacked.

Mathias also said JW wants to get a new man in before Saturday's match, but he appears to have told Mathias he hasn't talked to anybody yet.

I'm upset with this decision, he should have been given more time and funds, as it was JW who wrongly gambled on an inexperienced manager. We must never again do that, but what's done is done. I suggest we get Shearer and give him plenty of backing and let him bring in his own staff.
