If he's saying he will be happy if no one hit's the magical figure RSC contract, you would have to assume he's been given some amount to play with. The players we are looking to offload will just about pay for Givet.

The Santa Cruz comment wasn't designed to say anything about our capacity in the transfer market, it was a statement to his suitors that we won't be allowing him to leave on the cheap. Only Bojan on loan comes to mind. But it´s no secret we have made an offer. It´s really nice to hear we are looking for striker not depending on Roque´s departure. I just can´t see us getting the fee want of him. Hope I am wrong. Nicko, any news about Finnan or Seitaridis?

The word that sticks out for me above, is imaginative - this denote that it is surprising and is coming from left field ? or just an eyebrow raiser as its intuitive thinking :-)
