Ashton is leaving WHU, with villa and newcastle after him. Maybe him?

Tchiate - The racing striker?

Fuller - out of contract this summer?

Dzenko, Kuranyi - Linked before but doubtful?

I like Fuller. Good player - but I doubt he fits into the "imaginative" catagory. But if he is free he is worth a look - a good replcement for Jason Roberts in the "THird Striker" role.

Striker with pace what about Scott Sinclair at Chelsea?????? Chelsea may even let him come on loan. I've been saying for ages we lack pace so hopefully your right Hughesy and we get some, perhaps Bolt wants a contract??. lol.

Is he not a winger?

I can't give out any clues on this and - by the looks of it - I won't be able to write it any time soon.

All I will say is that it is going well and should happen.

You will see the need for secrecy when/if it goes through.

Better to have a very good striker in your side in August than a bit of news in May...

Hoping to have the whole tale when the time is right.

Think it's worth the wait.

Anyway, there's a game at Wembley to keep you occupied.

Never been to the Royal Box before. ;)

Nicko. Can you at least tell us if it is a younger player or older player. It would still be nigh on impossible to work out who it is, but will generate convo with regard to how it might effect us pace wise or experience wise.

Linked to another Marseille defender?

Civelli waits to decide future

Would be a solid/good replacement for Andre...

I can't go into any detail...the guy would go straight into your team in my opinion.

And be a very major asset.

It can hardly be Kenwyne Jones if it's not a bank-breaker! I'm going to take a wild guess and say Eduardo on loan. Scott Sinclair isn't a bad shout though.

eduardo is a good shout, LeChuck.

Cheeky sod, we just don't rate english football good enough to showcase our talents, LOL.

Is he not a winger?

Played there for Plymouth but at Rovers he was a striker and always has been and he's very very quick. Hasn't had much game time at chelsea so could be cheap. He's been on loan here there and every where maybe some games and stability would bring him through.

Hes about as much of a winger as Walcott is.

He's been a striker all his life, hopefully Wenger will move him inside soon.

New striker is (I reckon)Eidur Gudjohnsen, I can see the Bojan transfer being the wrong end of the stick and Sam bringing Eidur home.

It's the Pope.

He'd be blessed in any team :glare:

I hear Alan Shearer may be looking for a job at the end of the season... The return of Big Al to pick up from where he left off...

Not too bothered about World Cup Qualifiers so I wouldn't know but there is another game at Ewood to keep us occupied :tu:

I think that was a joke about the Burnley game...
